we are looking across toward the city. we have excellent visibility and we are also looking the other direction toward oakland from the city in our rooftop. another nice day. it was sunny and we had chilly temperatures though as we had a boundary move through yesterday. livermore 55. city 54. san jose currently 53. oakland taking the cake today 60. i have zoomed the radar out as wide as i can go. i can't show you one drop of rain on kpix 5 high-def doppler radar. that's been a problem past 39 days. we have had less than half of an inch of rainfall in san francisco. the average during that time frame is 5." we are running at less than 10% of our normal rainfall since christmas. satellite and radar, there is a front coming through but there's a problem. it's not tapping into any moisture. there will be the boundary coming through. we'll get some rain but all the activity is coming down from the north. that's a drier flow. need to bring some moisture up from the south. with this front, we're not. so we're going to get some sh
